Folgende Workouts werden in den Studios Augustinerstraße, Himmelpfortgasse und Zollergasse angeboten. Buchungen erfolgen über die jeweiligen Stundenpläne. Kommen Sie bitte rechtzeitig, damit der Unterricht pünktlich starten kann. Am besten 10 bis 15 Minuten vor Kursbeginn, dann können Sie sich in Ruhe und stressfrei auf das Workout vorbereiten. Es zeigt auch Respekt gegenüber den anderen Teilnehmern, wenn man selbst pünktlich erscheint - vielen Dank dafür!
