VLADA DYSHLEVA

My name is Vlada Dyshleva, and I am a yoga and fitness instructor. My personal yoga and fitness practice spans about 8 years, 2 of which I have been teaching and sharing my knowledge with joy. Yoga is a limitless ocean of self-discovery and understanding of the surrounding space, and thus, I continue to move in this direction to this day.

Teaching Language

I conduct classes in English to ensure clear and understandable communication with all students.

 

Education

I studied at the Sense-International Yoga and Therapy Centre in Lviv, which is accredited by the International Yoga Alliance, and I continue to deepen my knowledge through seminars related to biomechanics and therapy.

My Classes

At Das PREMA, I conduct various sessions, such as ABS&ASS-HIIT, Yogalates, PowerStretching, Yoga, Pilates and of course REFORMER workouts .

Unique Aspects of My Teaching

I place great importance on creativity, adaptability, and professional competence. My extensive experience in various performance settings allows me to tailor my teaching methods to individual needs. I strive to create a supportive and motivating environment where students can develop their skills and confidence.

What Distinguishes My Training

In my classes, I emphasize breathing and mindfulness in movement. Mindful movements, not only in yoga but also in fitness, elevate your exercises to a new level, helping you better feel your body and its needs. Additionally, I incorporate fitness components such as flexibility, strength, and endurance to enhance the overall physical condition of the participants.

Ethos

My ethos is based on the believe that movement is a necessary need of our body, and as such, everyone has the ability to engage in fitness or yoga with love and care for their body. In my classes, I help people find the right mindset and not give up. I structure my classes to include enthusiasm and an interesting challenge.
