The following workouts are offered only in the studios Augustinerstrasse and Mondscheingasse. Bookings are made via the respective timetables. Arrive on time to ensure a seamless start and respect fellow participants. Please show up at least 10 to 15 minutes before the class starts.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION ABOUT AERIAL DANCE AND POLE DANCE

While Aerial Dance and Pole Dance are safe and beneficial for most people, some individuals should avoid or consult their doctor before engaging in these activities. These include:

  • Pregnant women

  • Individuals recovering from surgery or with musculoskeletal injuries (e.g., spinal injuries, joint issues)

  • Those with cardiovascular conditions, high or low blood pressure, or respiratory disorders

  • Individuals with severe varicose veins, blood clotting disorders, or on blood-thinning medications

  • People with balance or coordination issues, as well as neurological disorders

  • Those with acute infections, skin conditions, or open wounds

  • Individuals with recent head, neck, or back injuries

 

Additionally, those with implants, prosthetics, or certain medical devices (e.g., pacemakers) should seek medical advice to avoid complications due to physical exertion and potential impact or pressure on these areas.

 

Weight Limit: 

For safety reasons, individuals weighing over 90 kg should avoid using specific aerial and pole equipment, as exceeding the weight limit can lead to equipment failure and potential injury. Always check equipment specifications before use.

Aerial Dance and Pole Dance carry an inherent risk of injury, particularly when performed incorrectly. Training is conducted at your own risk, and the studio assumes no liability for injuries. By participating in the training, customers agree to hold the studio harmless and indemnify it in the event of an injury. It is crucial to follow the instructions of the trainers at all times to minimize the risk of injury.
