REFORMER WORKOUTS
The following reformer workouts are offered in the studios Himmelpfortgasse and Zollergasse. Bookings are made via the respective timetables. Arrive on time to ensure a seamless start and respect fellow participants. Please show up at least 10 to 15 minutes before the class starts.
Note:
For safety and optimal performance, participants must wear special socks with grips. These socks provide essential traction and support during exercises (can also be purchased from us).
Exercise caution or seek medical advice if you have serious medical conditions, pregnancy, severe joint issues, balance or mobility issues, or chronic conditions! Communicate any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns with your instructor, who can offer modifications and guidance for a safe and effective experience.
REFORMER PowerFlow

After mastering the basics in the Beginners+ REFORMER class, you are ready to level up. Our REFORMER PowerFlow session builds on foundational skills and challenges you with a dynamic, total-body workout designed for Intermediate level participants.
Intermediate classes are ideal for those with a solid understanding of Reformer exercises and transitions. Maintaining proper alignment and knowing how to adjust the springs on your equipment are essential skills for this level. The springs on your Pilates Reformer control resistance, ranging from very light to heavy, depending on their color. Adjusting tension based on your strength and experience ensures the right level of challenge.
As you progress, the pace of the workout increases, transforming sessions from low intensity to medium or high intensity. REFORMER PowerFlow incorporates faster, dynamic flows that deepen the impact of each exercise, building strength, flexibility, and stamina. The Beginners+ REFORMER class is designed to support both new participants and those with Pilates mat experience in familiarizing themselves with the key components of the Reformer Machine before progressing to more advanced exercises.
This class builds upon Mat Pilates exercises while teaching all fundamental Reformer techniques. The Reformer allows you to work with heavy or light spring resistance, and controlling the movement of the carriage adds an additional challenge.
