REBOOTS SPORTS MASSAGE
30 min.
Whether you're experiencing tired and heavy legs or recovering from an intense workout, our 'Recovery Boots Massages' can help you quickly regain fitness and significantly boost your performance.
Benefits and Functionality:
During physical activities, your body produces lactic acid as a byproduct, which slows down muscle recovery. The lower the lactic acid content, the faster your muscles can recover. Recovery Boots operate on this principle, using air compression to facilitate quicker recovery.
How Recovery Boots Work:
-
Professional Recovery: Known among professionals, sports massages have long been a proven method for rapid recovery. They loosen muscles and transport metabolic waste products away.
-
Mechanism: Recovery Boots consist of various air chambers that inflate at different intervals, creating a pressure wave moving from the feet toward the upper body. This process pumps blood from the legs to the body's core.
-
Waste Removal: During treatment, fluids like lactate and other metabolic byproducts are flushed out from muscle cells and transported to the liver and kidneys for elimination.
