NADIJA KONDRATIUK

My name is Nadiia Kovalchuk, and my journey in movement began at the age of 6. I have participated in numerous dance championships across various disciplines. My fascination with elegant movement has only grown over time. Discovering Pilates allowed me to blend graceful movements with stretching and fitness, creating a perfect synergy.

Teaching Language

I primarily conduct my classes in English, ensuring clear communication. Additionally, I can teach in German if all participants are German-speaking.

Education

I started teaching Pilates on the Mat and on the Reformer six months ago, following my extensive experience instructing dance classes. This background has provided me with a unique perspective on movement and fitness.

My Classes

At Das PREMA, I offer a variety of classes, including Pilates Mat, Reformer, Barre, Power Stretching, and HIIT Workouts.

 

What Distinguishes My Training

I emphasize the Principles of Pilates, focusing on correct breathing techniques, slow and controlled movements, and achieving a state of flow. My background in dance means that music plays a vital role in my classes, and I always incorporate rhythmic beats to enhance the experience.

 

Ethos

I believe that moving our bodies is a privilege that should never be taken for granted. Pilates offers a special connection with the body and soul. I aim to show people the importance of listening to their bodies and providing movements that nourish everyone with positive energy and happiness.
