LANA DUNAI

My name is Lana Dunai, and I am a dedicated and versatile instructor with a rich background in dance and fitness. My journey began at the Ballet School, where I honed my skills as a ballet dancer. I have danced professionally, taught Modern, Jazz, and Contemporary dance, and served as an Osteolife Pilates Instructor. Currently, I am a valued member of the Das Prema team, where I share my extensive knowledge in fitness. I am also passionate about organizing Pilates events and tours, showcasing my commitment to promoting wellness and fitness.

 

Teaching Language

I primarily conduct my classes in English, ensuring clear and effective communication with my students.

Education

I have furthered my education at the Polestar Pilates and the Osteopathic School (EESO) in Kiev, specializing in Anatomy and Posture. Additionally, I hold certifications from CPD Pilates Mat Education and CPD Barre Education in London, and from the Grey Institute in the USA. These diverse educational experiences have equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of movement and body mechanics, which I bring to all my classes.

My Classes

At Das PREMA, I offer a variety of classes including Pilates Mat, Pilates Reformer, Reformer freestyle sessions, Barre and Stretching.

 

What Distinguishes My Training

I emphasize the importance of correct breathing techniques and the safe execution of exercises. I believe in the inherent health benefits of the human body and its capacity for improvement through movement. My approach is grounded in the philosophy that movement revitalizes, heals, and brings joy. I am dedicated to helping my clients achieve great results by tailoring the load to improve and prolong the quality of life.

My ethos is rooted in the belief that everyone can start their fitness journey at any time and achieve remarkable results. I maintain a positive and energetic approach to teaching, ensuring that my clients remain engaged and motivated. My classes are structured to be challenging yet enjoyable, helping participants to push their limits and achieve their fitness goals.
