ALISA PASTUKHOVA

I have been dancing since school, starting with stage dance and then Folk dance, participating in contests and events. Later, at the age of 13, I tried Step Aerobics and fell in love with it. From that moment, I knew I would connect my life with fitness. While studying at the university, I combined dancing in a Folk dance group and teaching Step Aerobics and fitness.

Teaching Language

My classes are mainly in English. I also speak German, Russian, and Ukrainian, so clients can choose the language that is most comfortable for them.

Education

I’m a certified group and personal teacher, as well as a certified TRX and Stretching teacher. I have been working in the fitness industry since 2005 and have been a participant in international fitness conventions since 2006. My educational background includes a degree in Fitness Instruction from Lugansk Pedagogical University.

My Classes

At Das PREMA, I teach Power Stretching, Pilates Mat, Reformer Pilates, Barre, and HIIT Workouts.

 

What Distinguishes My Training

I aim to help people become the best version of themselves. For me, the right technique is crucial, so I dedicate a lot of time to explaining and working on technique with clients. I see how the body can develop new skills and improve old ones through movement, helping my clients achieve results and enjoy the process.

Ethos

I have a very positive and cheerful personality, but I don't let anyone relax in my classes. That is why my clients and I see results. I am active and always moving forward in life. There is no other way!
